Forest Smiles

I gave Forest Smiles 5 stars because they absolutely deserved it. My implant journey went from being unsure, anxious, not knowing what to expect but knowing I needed to do something; to this was absolutely the right decision. From my initial consultation with Layva and Dr. Claiborne who explained the procedure (s) in layman's terms to seeing Kelsey or Anna for bi-weekly/monthly check-ups and/or x-rays during the healing process. My actual implants involved anesthesia to remove some natural teeth and to perform surgical procedures for the implants. This is where you absolutely need to trust the process. In my 60's I've experienced regular intervals of dental care at many different offices. Forest Smiles is one of the best dental office's I've ever experienced. I've had multiple visits in the last 1 & 1/2 yrs for both cleanings and repairs and other dental office's can't top this one. The Office Team's Attention to Detail and Perfection can't be Beat. Thank You Dr. Clairborne, and to the other Dentist's and team members I've had the pleasure of meeting while receiving treatment from many of you!

staff seem bothered when you ask questions and blow you off. Don't want to take the time to listen. Took my credit card to pay balance and gave me receipt and it was another patient in lobby account. So glad I caught it because someone wasnt paying attention. They did reverse the charge immediately upon my discovery. Insurance issues (billed under old policy) and office manager was no help and again front office staff seem the patients (customers) are an interruption to their work. Had full xrays just 5 months ago and no issues. Go back and now was told the tooth should be pulled and they don't do extractions. I did not feel hygienist gave me a good cleaning at all. Seemed to be preoccupied. Dentist is great with patients and very kind but now I question their xray equipment and attention

Where do I start?! Dr. Claiborne is the GOAT! When I met him, I started to love going to the dentist. I look forward to my dentist appointments twice a year. Oh and let me tell you how amazing my smile is now. The best cosmetic dentistry ever. Go make an appointment and see what he can do for you today. He will make you calm and answer all your questions. Healthcare would be so wonderful if every provider was like Dr. Claiborne. I tell all of my friends to go to him. You should, too!

I have had a lot of work done here...everything from a cavity to a tooth extraction. I wish I did not have to get those procedures done, but that is on me! All to say, the staff has been nothing but kind, funny, and professional in my numerous visits. Furthermore, Dr. Schmidt is equally as professional and will do her utmost best to make you feel at ease with what is taking place. You will be in good hands if you go here!
