Forest Heights Dental

I initially posted this under Dr. Julia Gildon, with 9 total reviews (including another poor communication 1 star within last 6 months). Rachel on staff is arrogant & deliberately aggravated an already poor customer service situation. She seemed to enjoy her conflict-forward communication. This was not the first time, but this latest exchange reminded me of another (happily) forgotten exchange when they moved my spouse' appt after they were down to 1 hygienist. Thankfully my spouse agreed to cease going there, regardless of being comfortable with the dentist. Life is too short to be around that type of aggression in health"CARE'.

Absolutely always dreaded going to the dentist UNTIL this dentist. She is great. The receptionist is always upbeat & never fails to tell me as soon as i walk n that she's already checked me in. The hygienist, Shandy, makes cleanings relaxing - something i did not know was possible. She does a great job so quickly & efficiently that u r done n no time. The office is beautiful with a glass outside wall n each space & another plus is it's an all female office & since i firmly believe women should b running the world this business gets a solid 10 from me !!! --- Sharon Piazza

Dr. Gildon and her staff are truly dedicated professionals in working with their patients to find the best solution that is of benefit to all. During my early Monday morning issue, I was provided the best options, handled with a “we’re gonna take care of this” attitude, which I found comforting. Thanks to the front desk, the assistant, and Dr Gildon. You did great.

Excellent dentist and staff!! Every operatory has a wall-sized window for patient enjoyment to view the beautiful wooded grounds and wildlife! Very busy place, so call ahead for an appointment and try not to miss it!
