I cannot say enough about Keosha. She was so friendly and helpful. Her customer service was top tier, and she made the process very easy. It was also my first digital appointment and Keosha explained the process to me from beginning to end. I highly recommend this location!

This was my very first visit to For Eyes, after being referred by a friend, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Lab Technician Safa was wonderful—patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in guiding me through every step of the eye exam. Dr. Greiner’s gentle, upbeat personality made the exam both comfortable and enjoyable. Keosha, the manager, went above and beyond helping me select new frames, ensuring the perfect fit, and explaining all the available promotions and discounts. Every one of them were polite, professional, and truly a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend For Eyes to anyone looking for excellent eye care and exceptional customer service.

Today I had the pleasure of calling the For Eyes Nottingham location and having Sarah help troubleshoot me through a few problems. My account wasn't recognizing my prescription and I needed to order new ones as my last pair that were in my eyes yesterday started being very uncomfortable as I wear monthlies. Sarah took the time to go over my information to make sure it was accurate, looked if there was a trail pair in store (unfortunately there wasn't) and fielded all my questions. Employees like Sarah should be appreciated for their kindness and understanding especially over the phone while in a store location. Thank you Sarah.

I have been to many eye care centers and this was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had. From walking in the door being greeted by the store manager Keosha who was extremely nice, The lab technician Sarah who was also very friendly and helpful. I will be returning to have my exams done in the future. Kudos to this amazing team.

The ladies at For Eyes were extremely helpful. I came in with 3 children and the staff was very patient and accommodating. The doctor was quick and efficient. Best experience I've had with an optometrist. My family and I will continue to support this office. Can't wait to pick up my glasses! Thank you :)
