When I came in I showed Troy the insert I had custom made 4 years ago in Iowa. I told him I wanted the inserts replaced. I wanted inserts like I had before. The ones I got are a joke! And he blames my Doctor! Troy should of listened to me! The heal on these inserts are too big! He made the shoes too tight to be comfortable! That stopped the slippage had to loosen the shoes and my feet started throbbing. I would of paid any amount regardless of insurance to get what I asked for!

My new shoes are great! I've needed them for a long time. Great service by the staff at Foot Solutions!

When I called the location doctor referred me to due to what my insurance will work with the guy that answered was so rude. He acted as if my insurance was below him. The doctor I go to has them on the list and that’s where she told me to call.

Terrible Terrible Terrible Went today with a client to order shoes However they informed us that they were NOT a shoe store! The way we were treated was beyond deplorable! While deciding which shoes to order we were met with indifference and contempt! Like we were bothering them. We were also told we difficult. Isn't that your job to let a customer pick out a shoes they actually like instead settling because we took an extra 5 minutes. If your not happy with your job then pick a different profession cause this is NOT working for you, it's not fair to take your unhappiness out on a diabetic client looking for comfortable shoes! I would NEVER recommend this establishment!
