The massage from Lola/ Nola was great. A reviewer, Julie, stated the staff did a bait and switch with their pricing so I was sure to confirm the price with Jackie over the phone when scheduling the appointment. She told me $70 for a 60 minute combination massage. When I arrived to the building Jackie greeted me and I confirmed the price with Jackie again. Nola/ Lola did my massage and she did very well. She was professional and kind. After the massage there was a lady I had not seen in the building before my massage at the register. I told the unnamed lady it would be $70 and passed a $5 cash tip to Nola/ Lola as the unnamed lady checked me out. Jackie walked by the counter and said $70. Came here before and it was phenomenal but had a very unpleasant experience today, I requested an hour and ended up being 30 mins once I denied a “service” if you catch my drift. And on top of that they wanted to charge me a tip more than the service it self without my permission! Honestly idk what happened to this place! I won’t be returning here again.

My massage was great, but the pricing is clearly a bait and switch…$60 on the website, $70 posted inside and two different prices at checkout for my friend and I; we got the same service but mine was $73 and hers was $75.

Therapist is very friendly and professional. I caught myself falling asleep. Loved it !

I had an amazing massage here last week! I was really stressed out and the massage helped to relax me and get a lot of kinks out of my neck/shoulders/back. I will definitely return again soon. The massage was great but also the customer service was fantastic. Highly recommend!
