Got lots of X-rays. Saw Dr. Buk for like 15 minutes which mostly included slicing off my corn. Told me if it’s still a problem, I’d need surgery. I went from having a corn removed to needing surgery. Really? There was no discussion of what caused it or any other options. I won’t be going back. Weird thing is, my insurance had high marks for her and that’s how I chose her.

I posted a review after having a terrible experience at this clinic (that I won't talk about) and going back and forth with them for months over a bill. A day or two after I posted a google review I received a text from Laura, their COO. She was reaching out because she 'wanted to find a solution to this issue'. I called her the following Monday and she started by listening to my concerns and what happened, which I appreciated. Then she laid it on thick, saying, "You know, I had to call Dr. Herring while she was in the hospital with her husband to tell her about this review and it was devastating to her". Dr. Dillenger was recommended to us by a physical therapist. My husband is a diabetic and has had 3 foot ulcers. Dr. Dillenger has taken expert care for their healing. If he diagnoses a need, he gets you in immediately so the problem is addressed, and doesn’t progress. We are thankful for Dr. Dillenger!

They want your debit card info.. so u can be billed for any missed appointments!! Doctor is very professional and actually relieved my pain !! I highly recommend this place but write a check.. I don't give out debit card into!!

Visit went well. The doctor we seen was great. However, front staff charged me when I should not have been charged. I called a week ago to request a refund. I was told they would send a message to billing who would call me. A week later and no call. Called again and was interrupted in the middle of my explanation to be told she sent a message to billing who is not in building. Then was given a slight attitude when I stated I had already been waiting on a call from billing for a week. Staff then stated she sent a message to the supervisor over at billing. (I doubt the message was sent to a supervisor) She kept interrupting my statements and was very short with an unpleasant tone in her voice. I will update if I receive a call from billing this time.
