My family (my twin 3 year olds, my husband, my mother, my father, aunts, uncles, cousins, family friends) have all been patients of Dr. Natividad for over 10 years. I've been a patient for a number of years and have always had great experiences with Dr. Natividad and his team. In particular, Aileen the hygienist is amazing! She's very personable and cleans with the gentlest touch. And Dr. Natividad has always been professional and knowledgeable. I've had the most dental success with this office and highly recommend them.

Absolutely loved Fifth Avenue Dental Care. Im usually pretty nervous when I go to the dentist but the staff made it very easy for me. I came for a cleaning, my hygienist was super nice and comforting. She was gentle but thorough of my cleaning, I'd recommend coming here to anyone! Thank you for your guys hard work!!

I can’t say enough good things about my dentist and dental hygienist. They always make me feel comfortable and truly cared for at every visit. The quality of service is excellent, and I trust them completely because they never suggest unnecessary procedures—just honest, thoughtful care. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I’m at ease throughout the process. Even though I drive 45 miles to see them, it’s absolutely worth it because of the level of treatment and peace of mind I get here. I’m so grateful to have found such a professional and trustworthy dental team!
