Feldman Physical Therapy and Performance

As a runner, I've worked with John at Feldman Physical Therapy and Performance for a few years now. He has always demonstrated a high-level of understanding of runners, the injuries we may be prone to, and the best way to rehab. Almost one year ago, I suffered a stress fracture. When it was time to rehab, I worked closely with John to have a plan in place that we both felt comfortable with. It was a slow return - as often is from a stress fracture - but a positive one. Almost a year later, I'm running stronger than I have in years, focusing on strength training that is customized to me, and advancing my running abilities week by week. I can't say enough about my great experience with John, and the rest of the team at Feldman. The local running community is lucky to have them!

I suffered with a nagging arm injury for over a year. A visit to my primary doctor and a scan revealed nothing. John Nunez took the time to analyze my situation and came up with a plan that FINALLY put me on a path to healing. John is super knowledgeable and professional.
