FastMed Urgent Care

Front Desk staff and Doctor were great! Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. The Medical Assistant seemed rushed and ready to leave. I had my 2 year old in there and he seemed less than enthusiastic to interact with her. She had to get a flu/covid swab and he didnt even attempt to explain it to her or give me time to tell her what was going to happen. The visit was quick and the doctor got right down to it and sent in a prescription. I just wish the MA would've slowed down for a second with my toddler.

FastMed has always treated us right. Treat you like family. Altonette Coney NP and staff was outstanding! This FastMed has everything needed to care for you. God bless them for their hard work.. 🙏🏻

They’re quick and simple, took care of my needs even though I walked in at the very last minute, everyone was friendly except the guy who took my weight and blood pressure (he’s just kinda quiet and short with you) but he didn’t do anything rude just not as friendly as the rest of the staff. But overall good experience, and they were so fast . I appreciated the help <3

Made an appointment. Fast, on-time check in, because I did the pre check in online. Only a few minutes wait time. Screened quickly by a very friendly assistant. Then only a couple minutes more to be seen by the practitioner, who was also friendly and very competent. I was in and out of there in 25 minutes, with all my concerns addressed. A-1 service. Will use again if/when the need for urgent care arises.
