Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Oak Ridge - TN

They just canceled my appointment. I hurt my ankle and they do not/cannot deal with it Update a day later: I was able to find care somewhere else. The prognosis was simple and I am already feeling better; I should recover within a week. So the way this place dealt with me is just unacceptable. They just do not care about the patient. Believe me, better care is available near by, avoid this place where they just refuse to do something for someone like me who, it turns out, just had a fairly standard issue. I did not get an X-ray and any special test; it is all straight forward. And no I do not wish to talk to anyone from Fast Pace. You made it clear you did not want to do anything for me. You are the one who canceled my appointment with a person calling me to tell me I was not welcome. Me

Fast, efficient and great care all around as usual during my visits. From the time I walked in I was Greeted by the receptionist Amanda who took care of me immediately with a happy and positive attitude. Even though I was early for my appointment I was called back by the nurse soon after. My PCP Karen M and her nurse Tonya were wonderful as always.

They got me in and out quickly. I had to get my blood drawn and Nicole was super gentle and took great care of me. They are also incredibly informative and will explain everything to you in great detail.

Excellent care and service❤️The facility is spotless. From the sweet front desk assistant, to the nurse, to the doctor; they were all caring, concerned and completely efficient in the service of my care. Wait times are expected because it’s part of the job. But getting quality care in less than two hours is definitely a privilege that I am grateful for.

I walked in after a dog bite 50 minutes prior to the walk in clinic closing and locking up. I have no complaints about the doctor or the nurse tech both super nice, helpful and kind. However from the time I walked in to the time I walked to get my weight checked behind the first closed door..wow is all I can say. The receptionist was at that point…DONE and ready to go home. Her day obviously was far from fine, and she didn’t have any problems showing that to me. Super rude, huffing and puffing that I asked for a pen or yelling at the computer hitting it cussing the computer. Telling me that they close in so many minutes and I needed to not fill out my paperwork fully or just being super hateful to me, for even being there. I don’t live in oak Ridge and I’m thankful for that because I defin
