Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Knoxville - TN

From what I saw, these people care so little about doing a good job that they quite possibly will harm a patient. This morning, I went with my sick daughter. We had scheduled the first appointment of the day and walked in as they unlocked the doors. We were the only customers there. They still missed our appointment by THIRTY minutes. When actual human beings are thirty minutes late, they apologize. When these animals finally called us back, I asked the nurse whether they were behind or something. She just said "yes" dismissively and aggressively and nothing else. You can expect to get better courtesy at a fast food place. I imagine the quality of care here is similar, because if the employees are thirty minutes late for the first appointment of the day and don't even think it's worth ment

I was not feeling well. I found Fast Pace Health Care via Google. I didn’t need an appointment. Signing in was easy and my wait time was a minimum. After entering the door I was back in my car in less than 45 minutes and my prescription was sent directly to my pharmacy. I highly recommend!!!

This place is the most amazing I have ever been to!! The provider all the nurses were freaking amazing. The staff is very helpful and patience. Would recommend coming here especially if you got yourself hurt doing something stupid (dont be ashamed) we've all been there. They completely understand and will make you feel much better about it.

Well Friday 12/26 I was working on a washer and ended up cutting my Resist on one of the washing machines , so I walked 2 buildings down so I could get it checked out and the nice lady at the front desk got me the nurse from the back to look at it and said yes it's too deep so me holding a towel around my hand she helped me with feeling out my information then the tech was so nice as well. Then the doctor/nurse comes in and numb's my hand and makes sure I don't pass out she brings me 2 ice packs and before I know it she is all done. I will be recommending this place to other people 100%

My 23yr old daughter has type 1 diabetes & was seen yesterday for cough/sinus and chest congestion. Body aches etc. we were able to do all the insurance cards and driv license online by uploading them prior to arriving so when she got there she was in and out quickly. Found out she has Flu A so it is really great how quick and efficient they are because you’re feeling so terrible u don’t want to wait forever!!! Thanks for quick quality care! This is our 4-5x here over a few years and it’s always nice and quick!
