Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Danville - KY

I was in and out of the facility very quickly. When my phone kept glitching on me, the receptionist helped me by switching my forms over to an iPad and worked with me taking photos of my necessary cards. She was helpful and polite. Both the nurse and the doctor who saw me were very professional, courteous and caring. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I am so impressed by the level of care we received at this clinic, from start to finish. Our 15-month-old daughter had been experiencing some minor respiratory symptoms while we were visiting family from another state. We attempted to be seen by the local pediatrician, but they declined to see her since we are not long-term patients of record. She was able to be seen as a walk-in at this clinic, and they did a phenomenal job. Everyone we encountered from the receptionist, to the medical assistants, to the provider (Amber Weeks), was kind, helpful, and attentive. They seemed a little busy but still were able to see us in a very timely manner, sooner than the estimated wait time. They listened to our concerns and questions, and provided a thorough assessment. The entire process of check in and registration is well thought out and allows for the patient to leave the waiting area if needed. The appointment is made and you’re free until 10 minutes before the appointment. The staff were friendly and quick. I hope I don’t need them again, but if I do, I will definitely use them again.

Zero stars should be an option. Called to see if you provide a service, then made appointment online. We arrived and was informed that the provider isn’t currently there and was asked if we wanted to reschedule the appointment for almost an hour later. That is completely unacceptable. You shouldn’t have allowed an appointment to be made at a time when there isn’t a provider on site, along with you should have a provider on site at all times of operation.

I had a great first experience at Fast Pace in Danville. Scheduling an appointment online was very easy. They got me in right on time, and all of the staff members I interacted with were kind and helpful. I will definitely be back the next time I’m feeling sick!
