As a local realtor, having a bright smile is important, they keep my pearly white and anxiety low. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Jessica Popplewell, Hannah and their amazing team! As someone who gets anxious about teeth cleanings, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with thoughtful touches like a warm blanket and an eye mask. They truly care about their patients’ experience. Highly recommend!

I would recommend them over anyone I've been to. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and knew each step of my long process. I had been too embarrassed to even go to family functions, missed holidays, put mask on in public and lived with embarrassment daily for about 5 years. This place worked with my insurance (NY based company) that is hard to find anyone to take. Most of my co-workers pay out of pocket and get reimbursed. I had thousands of $ of work so this wasn't an option for me. I now have a beautiful, comfortable smile. My confidence level immediately went up. My appearance is no longer an embarrassment. I actually look like me again(just older...lol). My anxiety level stayed at a minimum during this whole process because of Dr. Popplewell and the staff.

I think Dr. Neal is great! I have been going to this same office for my dental care for 20+ years. I started with Dr. Overmyer, after he left, then to Dr. Iqbal, now with Dr. Neal. The office staff, technicians, assistants and hygienists have always been very nice, friendly, professional, and accommodating as possible. My sister goes to Dr. Poppewell in this same office and she thinks she is great also. Both of these dentists are very personable, but very professional at the same time. I always look forward to seeing Dr. Neal, she always makes me laugh!

Excellent service. Really easy to work with helping when I had problems with paperwork. They were very accommodating with my particular needs/concerns. Very through catching a problem that would have easily been missed. They were very courteous and concerned with how I was doing the whole time. Honestly couldn't get much better

It took me a while to finally get back into the dentist after not going for many years. My main concern was finding a place that did not judge or make me feel bad about my teeth and i’m so happy i’ve find this office! They are very kind and explain things really thoroughly. Would recommend to anyone.
