I will begin echoing what others say, the people working in the office are great and always helpful. In regards to their product, I’ve had trouble since I first started using their hearing aids. I purchased one of the upper line products which was “pricey” in hopes of helping my hearing problem. In the past 24 months I estimate that I have had about 60% usage due to the product malfunctioning. It typically takes 1 to 2 weeks to get in due to mine and their scheduling, and then 10 to 15 business days to get them repaired and schedule the follow up. I’d be ok if this just happened once or twice; however, it happens every 2 to 3 months.
