Fast Aid Urgent Care - Bulverde

We visited First Aid off Bulverde Rd in San Antonio for my two children, and the service was truly outstanding from start to finish. The front desk staff member who checked us in was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and supported. I wish I got her name. The medical assistant who took our vitals was amazing. My 3-year-old does not do well with doctor visits, and she was extremely understanding, gentle, and patient while he was screaming and crying. Her calm and caring approach made such a difference. I wish I got her name!. In the exam room, Bret was absolutely outstanding. I love this urgent care. They are very kind, accommodating, quick, and good at their Jobs. The NP, Christopher, is great and super knowledgeable! I’ve been twice in the last two weeks. One for Strep and one for X-rays on my foot. Both times the care was great by all staff. I highly recommend!

This Fast Aid location is phenomenal. We all have been there on many different occasions and the staff there is simply amazing. They are very friendly and make sure you leave with the instructions you need to address your medical needs. Personally, I prefer to go there than to the BAMC ER, because I know I will receive not only great care but also within a short time.

Talk about being fast and easy to get in. Being a busy mom of three kids, I feel like I should have a punch card for as many times as I go to this office. Every time I've gone, I've had amazing customer service at the front desk in the little triage area and fantastic service with every provider or doctor I get. Last night, I was seen by physician's assistant F. Tejeda. He was very nice, very friendly, and did a great job. I will be back depending on which kid needs to go in first or myself.
