Love Audrey ONeill, she is vibrant and helpful, however, trying to contact her or her nurse after my first appointment has been a struggle. I have just left my sixth voicemail On the nurses line trying to follow up on results that I would like to go over I am told I will be called back and it doesn’t happen.

My mother recently woke up with a medical concern, so we went to Family Medical as a walk-in. She was seen right away, and the entire staff was very professional. We were both thoroughly impressed with Audrey O'Neill, PA-C. She was very knowledgeable, caring and efficient. I highly recommend this office to anyone!

First time I’ve been to this office in years. But I was seen in a timely manner. The nurse and Nurse Practitioner both listened and got my problems solved.

Recently switched to Family Medical from Vanderbilt and couldn’t be happier. I asked about being a new patient and was told there was a opening the next day from a cancellation. Fastest appointment ever! Dr. Reed had a great bedside manner and was very knowledgeable about everything we discussed. Their phlebotomist was exceptional and I felt nothing during a blood draw. If you are a existing patient you can do a walk in appointment which is extremely convenient.

Clean and friendliest doctor's office I've ever been in like being took care of my family. Been going there all my life I would recommend them too anyone.
