Family Hospital at Bandera

The medical staff and Dr. Jessica Hetherington were phenomenal! I went in last night thinking I was having a heart attack. Everyone was polite, patient, educational and compassionate. They definitely calmed me down promptly and assured me they were there to help me. I am Very Grateful they helped me get thru one of the scariest medical issues I Have encountered. I can not say enough gpod things about these Doctors and thos practice. I recently had to find a new family practice due to my PCP retiring. I am so thankful we found this practice.I have gone to the one on Blanco and the one on Bandera. Both amazing. I get off work at 400. They made an appt for me at 430. They took there time. Answered questions. Fast forward when I was checking out at 6pm I asked what time do you close? To my suprise they said 5:00. We stayed to make sure you got taken care of." I was blown away. Never ever had a doctors office do that. A couple of times I have had to get In quickly and they have always found a way to do that. There front office staff is equally as amazing. I cannot recommend them enough!

I was a patient here today and couldn't have asked for better care. I was able to make an appt online and when I I arrived I was seen very quickly. The care I received was exceptional. Every staff member from the front desk, the physician, the nurses, the radiologist were caring and polite. I highly recommend and will be using this ER from now on. 10 out of 10 care.

I brought my son here a couple of weeks ago, and the staff was very polite and courteous. The Physician made it a point to get down on one knee and talk to my son about how he was feeling and explained things to him in a way that he could understand. It was a great experience from start to finish!

I’ve come to this hospital, multiple times for my own well-being, as well as my daughters health, and they are outstanding. The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. Not only that, but they saw us extremely expeditiously and met all of our needs promptly and with due haste. The mother of my child has also been a patient and she had an amazing experience with the provider answering all her questions and meeting her needs. I recommend this hospital highly!
