Family Health Centers of SWFL - North Cape Coral Office

Terrible . You can arrive on time for your appointment but best believe you need the whole day reserved for it . You will be there hours on end. Shots or vaccines at least an hour, anything else, at least 3 hours . Absolutely rediculous. The dr is wonderful. But the scheduling is terrible .

We arrived on time for my child’s appointment and ended up having to wait close to 2 hours past the appointment time all while they kept bringing other people back as soon as they arrived. Felt very disrespectful. They called us once about our baby’s blood test result that was done at the hospital. We showed up to the office to an ambush type appointment where they lied about calling us multiple times only to send us to the hospital for tests. Doctors at the hospital said there were tests done at the office that were never actually done.

Ridiculous place with a broken “system” or they don’t want to, or they have no idea how to do their job. Appointment scheduled, online check-in is done, arrived 30 min prior to our time (as they asked), waited 20 min after our time (totally spent there 50 min with a small kid) and wasn’t being seen. Probably this place has never heard of customer service or they just don’t care.

Arrived to my appointment @145pm at 2:45pm asked how long the wait will be and was told there are 2 patients ahead of me still after an hour of waiting , got seated finally just for our appointment to be stopped before it’s started I do not recommend at all!

Absolutely absurd how you make an appt for 215pm, and arrive at 2pm to ensure you are on time....Waiting for almost 2hours now and still haven't been seen!!! This is the most unstructured doctors office I've ever been to....Sitting around sick kids for 2hours when your here for a well check up is unexceptable.....This place feels gross abd dirty and the staff are super unprofessional!!!! Definitely need to recheck the staff employed and do a total revamp....Not one good thing to say about this place or their so called doctors who seem to care more about hanging with their fellow employees than doing their job to get these children seen!!!!
