If you need a psychiatrist, destiny here is amazing. The reason for the low review is due to the overall experience. Telehealth appointments are always late if they call at all. They’ll confirm an appointment with you then try to tell you that you’re wrong when they don’t call. One receptionist is extremely pleasant to work with(I don’t recall her name), every other receptionist has been impatient and acted very rude over the phone. If you’re looking for a family health provider that seems like they care, I would look else where. I was drawn in by the idea that so many services were offered in one place. It sounded wonderful. However, the follow through is extremely lacking. Seriously… do better. People come to you for help, not for your employees to be rude.

Made me stop seeing prior doctors to see one of their doctors. All care has to come from them and I never saw a doctor only nurse practitioners who gave the wrong dosage of medication on at least 3 occasions. I was told they would continue seeing me until I found new care only to send me a letter stating they will no longer see me. Never ask for a co pay then sent me a bill for over $800. and the owner Kim Cox would never contact me to talk about the billing or care that I had received. This clinic does not care about people only money. Seek help elsewhere please!

Went in to establish care n refills of meds. Went over everything w dr n thought all set. After 4 rude phones calls w wno ever answered I still didn't my meds n some were for serious conditions. Also don't care a dr office that is dirty, bugs, trash...

I changed to this Dr office when it was in the old building by Dairy Queen. I was very satisfied at the first year or two when it was being ran by Kim. In the whole 4 years I never seen the actual Dr Joel S. Only thr NP or LPNs. I was in fairly decent health when I first switched to this office, but after catching covid 3x , having a mass removed from my stomach and having a complete hysterectomy at age 40, on top of chronic kidney disease my health really started decline. I ended up catching RSV twice and developing serios pnuemonia both times with hospital stays . This killed my lungs with scar tissue and a now Copd diagnosis although I've never smoked. I've struggled with breathing every since. I'm now on 2 liters of oxygen and can barely breathe most days. I constantly feel like a fi

Absolutely great place has worked not just with me but my boys also. They have worked well with my chaotic schedules be it telehealth or late visits. And really worked within my insurance to make sure all my procedures are covered before I have a bill I couldn't pay for. Hands down they deserve a 10 in my book
