Overly busy and they hardly ever have time to help. I’ve been on hold for a long time on the phone and also have had to go up to the front in person just to get service. Also, I was told my daughter insurance was accepted for her appointment, but since it was a medical appointment it was not accepted, and I found out upon arrival. I ended up going to another doctor in Fairfax who was great! However I’m still getting the prescription there and the experience hasn’t been much different. Maybe being overly busy is a good thing? But for me, it was not. I’d recommend here only for convenience but get ready to WAIT.

Billing is a nightmare they over charge use $1200 dollar and we are still waiting for a $95 refund. They will happily take your money instantly, but you have to wait 2 plus weeks for a refund.

This is where we go for all our eye care needs. They have an amazing staff and are very honest, trustworthy and helpful. So glad to have this practice in our neighborhood.

Amazing experience here. I wasn't rushed or upsold. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful.
