Family Dentistry on Manchaca

Whereas I have only been there once (for initial exam and X-rays) so far, I’m impressed with how everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and caring, all of which go a long way, especially these days when customer service has been lacking across many businesses. Thank you to Family Dentistry for maintaining a healthy, happy and professional work space which makes our experience, as patients, that much better given that going to the dentists ranks at the bottom of most people’s list! I will be having extensive dental work done at Family Dentistry. I look forward to sharing more reviews as we move forward!

This place is absolutely fantastic. I've been told over and over by Ideal Dental here in Buda you need 3 root canals and pay over 8000 for it. They are money grabbers. Here though they truly care and go through the process with you. They explained to me I didn't need a root canal just some fillings and maybe a crown. They actually cared and listened to my extreme fear of the dentist. They were there for me and understood. 10 out of 10 would recommend. My family will be going here for now on

I had an appointment today as a new patient. Everyone was kind, friendly and informative. I felt pricing was reasonable and it was easy to schedule an appointment. The office was clean and organized. I’m so glad to have found a practice so close to home.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. dr.Nguyen and Jacky were efficient and worked quickly without sacrificing quality—something I really appreciated given my chaotic schedule.
