If you don’t confirm your appointment reminder in a timely manner, or if they have issues finding your dental insurance, so you assume you can just bring it to your next appointment, you’re wrong!! Instead, be prepared for the older Hispanic lady receptionist with glasses to attempt to embarrass you in front of other patients! (In fact, she’s the woman on the far right in the group photo of employees) She expressed aggravation having to do her job by putting in my insurance information prior to the appointment. She was rude and very condescending when expressing this should be done *prior* to the appointment. Meanwhile, they were unable to locate my insurance when I had called in advance. I am so impressed by Dr. Patel and his amazing team! Everyone is so kind and you can tell they actually care about their patients. I had my cleaning back in September and my hygienist was so friendly and thorough. I had an issue last week with a tooth and they were able to get me in same day. Dr. Patel was so kind and even called me after the weekend to make sure everything was good! Thank you so much for your amazing care!

The Dentists and the entire professional support staff are all top shelf. Dr Scott Langdon is an excellent Dentist imo. Always willing to cheerfully explain procedures etc. I am particularly happy to have received two separate crowns with same day service. No temporary crown. Also, all services have been provided to my family at fair prices.

The staff were helpful, engaging, and friendly. Dr Patel is professional, compassionate, and an all-around good guy. Had a great experience with my cleaning.

I am pretty dedicated about having a periodontal maintenance done every three months. However, it had been six months since my last maintenance appointment. I was changing dentist. Kate did the best periodontal maintenance cleaning I have ever had. I wish I had found her earlier my gums would be in better shape. I will be there Every three months as scheduled.
