I had a tooth pulled on February 26 and everything went smoothly. Dr Oh was very gentle and professional and walked me through the tooth pulling. I felt at ease and in good hands. His assistant (I don't remember her name) made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. She explained the do s and dont s after I get home. The Dr and assistant told me to call if bleeding did not stop which it did. I'm very pleased with the service I received at Fishkill Dental.

I absolutely love Family Dental Group. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff is super friendly and welcoming—it genuinely puts you at ease. I don’t remember my dentist’s name, but his voice is incredibly soothing, which honestly makes such a difference if you have any dental anxiety. He was confident, thorough, and completely on point with everything he explained and did. I felt listened to and well cared for the entire time. You can really tell this office cares about their patients and the experience, not just getting you in and out. Clean, calm, professional, and kind across the board. I love it here, y’all. RUDE Office staff. I have been coming to this dentist practice in several locations for 15 years and spent thousands out of pocket as well. My insurance carrier changed and they no longer take it (MVP) but instead of trying to help and retain a long time loyal customer they won't even honor the "out of pocket" rates they used to charge, instead they want hundreds out of pocket for a simple cleaning. Woman on the phone said too bad with a rude attitude and no care at all for losing a long time patient who has always spoken highly of this office, no options, no working with me on a solution. Never again will I recommend or use this practice. Useless

I had a dental emergency and was new to the practice. I had read negative reviews and had concerns. The office is immaculate, bring own reading mat. The girls at the front end are on top of their game. The xray tech was very personable. The surgeons assistant was a warm and calming if you are nervous. The surgeon was top notch. Kind, patient, skilled, took extra care to prenumb thoroughly, gave me extra time when he saw I was afraid. If you are a smoker, you will be nervous and smoke before hand, try to chew a piece of gum, or mint, as the regular dentist wasn't good at hiding her distaste. She came across honest, skilled and a bit “something”, more business like. To be fair, they took me as an additional patient they were not expecting so may have had a time crunch.
