Family Dental - Greenville

Today was the second emergency visit to this place. I booked an appointment days out for first availability which was at 10. So we go and do all the paperwork work and stuff like that and since we self pay do that. We get called back for X-rays around 10:30ish and sit for over an hour and half. Which then I had to pay for another that she didn’t see cause it was broke off. So they pull those two teeth but didn’t listen to us when my hubby told them both top and bottom were hurting but all they heard was top. So now I’m out $700 dollars for them to neglect the bottoms. I will never go back again and will tell everyone else the sam

It was my first time here today and the person at the front desk was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The dental assistant made me feel very welcome and settled, and was informative, and the hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth today. Thank you! Recommended!

The new dentist there is great. Very professional knowledgeable friendly and prompt. For those of you that stopped going because of the previous dentist who was a nightmare please give this place a try again

Went for cleaning had to ask for fluoride treatment never happened before when she gave treatment she put so much in my mouth almost choked told her and she removed some fluoride not sure if this was her first time but she wasn't helpful had to speak to staff in front to even get the fluoride she acted like it was a bother spoke to manager requested another hygienist next time and she didn't give her name for obvious reasons anyway front staff very helpful as well as the manager wont see this hygienist / dentist next time sorry no name but she used 2nd room on the right if that helps ask for manager and they will assist you .stars for the staff and manager dentist non caring or informative

I had a very good experience at Family Dental today. Everyone was very professional and friendly. My appointment was at 1:PM and I was ready to go home at 2:15 very satisfied with my dental health.
