Dr Vines is hands down my favorite pediatrician/family doctor, he truly is a gem. His bedside manner is so warm, genuine and caring—you feel seen as a patient and as a person. He is patient, thorough and takes his time with every patient, hearing the whole story and working together to find solutions. He is also a wealth of medical knowledge and experience and I know that he’ll help us get to the bottom of whatever is going on. I trust his judgement and opinion as a doctor, and I leave his office feeling respected and supported as a parent. The office and nursing staff have always been friendly, helpful and kind to work with as well. So grateful to have found Dr Vines and for his clinic.

Dr. Vines is one of the best Family Practice doctors I've ever meet! He take as much time as needed with his patients. He is not one of those 15 minutes and your out kind of doc. He acts in the best interest of his patients and will fight with an insurance company on your behalf. His main priority is the people that have entrusted him with their care. He is truly a doctor that cares for his patient with heart and manages their care with unbelievable medical excellence. His staff is nothing short of excellent. Glenda always has a smile on her face and is always there to assist you or point you in the right direction. Martina is Dr. Vines medical assistance, but also his other arm. Martina is always friendly and compassionate. I never have a difficult time getting prescriptions taken care of

Very impressed. Dr Vines, as busy as he is, acted as if I was his only patient for the time I was there. There was no haste. There was no getting me in and out. The receptionist was super pleasant and kind, Olivia I think was her name. Christian the nurse was fantastic. The Dr. was more interested in getting to the root cause of things rather than just the symptom. Highly recommend.

Dr. Dain Vines is a wonderful doctor and oversees the care of my whole family. The practice has had some bumps in trying to figure out how to best handle its scheduling since he is in such high demand, but they do try to work with you as they can. I've seen a few of the nurse practitioners as they've rotated in and out of the practice, and though they change, they are all knowledgable, compassionate and good at their jobs. We will continue to use Dr. Vines.

I took my baby for his first appointment at Family Centered Healthcare today. The nurse who checked us in was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Vines gave us his full attention, answered all my questions, helped with solutions to all of my concerns and gave me advice with full respect for my parenting choices and preferences. I felt seen, heard and cared for. I am grateful to have found this practice!
