I just had my first appointment with Alyssia, and I highly recommend her. I was taken to the exam room almost immediately after checking in, and had to wait only a few short minutes before being seen. Alyssia is both knowledgeable and pleasant, explaining what needed to happening and respecting my wishes and priorities. I felt at completely at ease during the entire time I was there.

Amazing for an affordable alternative to urgent care! Went in with a sick kid at 9-out the door by 9:40 with meds from Hillsborough pharmacy. Kind staff who went above and beyond to bring the meds to my car once filled! Will be my go to from now on.

Everything was amazing! Staff was very attentive, and went above and beyond to address all concerns. Alyssa is very knowledgeable, and follows up swiftly. She me sent to another facility for additional tests, and reached back out within an hour as she had not received my results. Facility #2 was running behind, therefore causing a delay with additional tests. Alyssa immediately reached out once she received my results from Facility #2. It’s refreshing to have a team go the extra mile to provide care when needed the most. I would highly recommend this place.

I stopped in as a walk in, feeling like I had been ran over by a truck and they were so nice and helpful to me. I ended up testing positive for covid. Had a hard time finding the medicine that Alyssia Lloyd prescribed, but she kept checking in with me and offered to do whatever I needed her to do to make sure I got my prescription. I highly recommend Village Medical Care and I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

So happy to have them here! What a great resource. It was so easy to get an appointment and everyone was so nice and professional. Updated February 2026 to add: the level of care we receive here is amazing. They are compassionate, friendly, take time with you, listen, explain issues and options and really make you feel cared for and that you have someone to rely on. We’re so fortunate to have them here in Hillsborough. You even have the option to be seen IN YOUR CAR. Who else does that? ♥️
