I'm gone start off by saying Dr. Heidi Cook is a blessing and has blessed hands I called the office number and pushed two for the emergency line and told her my problem(1/21/26 around 8:32pm) she told me that she could see if she has an opening for today and someone will call me around 9am, well i got a call to set up a time at 8:05am(1/22/26). The time was originally set for 12:00pm but i was able to come in at 10:30a so i could have a ride after i was done Emma was the one who got me registered and helped with everything alongside the doctor. Its been years since i been to the Dentist but this experience was perfect came in @10:30am and was done by 11:35am got two teeth pulled not in pain anymore i give them 10,000 out of 10 and have found me a Dentist looking for a clean up and replacin

They took the time to explain things in detail (and even repeat when I needed it) without ever making me feel rushed. The dentist herself is warm, understanding, and clearly focused on building real relationships with her patients rather than just running a “corporate clinic.” What really stood out to me was how far the team was willing to go to make things easier for me — even offering to adjust their own schedules just to help. That kind of compassion is so rare, and it meant the world to me. I’ve had dental experiences elsewhere that felt cold, scary, or profit-driven, but this office is the exact opposite. Dr. Cook is an excellent dentist who is also personable and trustworthy. Her new practice in Hillsborough, NC, is wonderful. The office space is lovely. Highly recommend this dentist!

Such a great experience! Dr.Cook was kind, thorough, and made me feel comfortable the whole time! I was greeted by Emma and Autumn who were soo thoughtful and super knowledgeable. The dentist is typically not the place to rave about, but this office is most definitely the exception. I’m so glad I found this place!! My teeth have never felt cleaner!

I would follow Dr. Heidi Cook anywhere — she is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had. I’ve been seeing her for years, and I was so excited to continue with her at her new practice, Vintage Dental Arts. Dr. Cook is not only a phenomenal dentist with excellent clinical skill, but also a genuinely kind, ethical, and compassionate human being. She takes time with her patients, makes you feel at ease, and truly cares about your overall well-being. I just had my cleaning and initial setup at the new office, and the experience was seamless and thoughtful. If you’re looking for someone who is both highly skilled and deeply trustworthy, I can’t recommend Dr. Cook enough!
