Family Care Network - Urgent Care - Bellingham

The staff here are absolutely amazing! I went in for some chest pain and difficulty breathing and they did everything possible to make sure I left feeling better. I can not express my gratitude enough to Dr Clint Eudy. This was the best urgent care experience I’ve had and will be coming back here for any other urgent needs. The staff was friendly, cleanly, and just went above and beyond for me while they were short staffed and at capacity. Thank you again to Dr Eudy and all the staff. You guys deserve many gold stars!!

I took my daughter into FCN urgent care Bellingham today. It said there was an hour and a half wait so we were prepared to wait that long to get called back. We only ended up waiting about a half hour which was a nice surprise. All of the staff were very nice. From the receptionist to the nurse and especially the PAC John Eudy. He was so thorough, kind, and empathetic. My 23 year old daughter said he was the best doctor she had ever had!

Came here one hour before closing for a possible concussion. I was seen SO quickly, and even though they were closing soon, I was treated with such care and was not rushed. The nurse (Kiera i think?) was super nice and didn’t rush through the intake. The doctor (male, tall, around 50 years old) was also extremely nice and kind. he made sure to test everything so I could go home knowing I was okay. I was in and out in less than an hour- they even made sure to say goodbye on my way out. If their supervisors are reading this, give them a raise!

How is it of all the urgent care centers in Bellingham, FCN is unable to treat my eyes for floaters. It’s simple. Dilate my eyes with eye drops and check them out. I needed treatment in the moment and they didn’t have providers who could help me nor did they have the supplies. Ever heard of white coat syndrome? As soon as I got home, my floaters disappeared and my vision returned to semi normal with a killed headache. I am going to schedule with a eye specialist tomorrow but in vision emergencies like mine where I had a sudden increase in floaters and half my vision was blocked, that needs to be treated immediately 🤦🏼‍♀️

Wouldn’t see my daughter who was in pain from an ear infection. Not helpful addressing in insurance cancellation when I was offering to pay cash. On another occasion completely messed up my son’s bill, charging it to my adult daughter even though I filled out all the paperwork and paid the copay.
