This was not a pleasant visit at all. I picked out a pair of wonderful glasses frames and paid fifty dollars down on them only to get a call a week later saying that my VSP insurance did not cover the frames. They did NOT tell me during my visit this, and was a complete surprise, as they did not give me any reason to think they wouldn't be covered. Apparently, for these frames, VSP is in a law suit with and decided to not cover these frames at all. When I came in to pick out another pair of glasses, they did not offer an apology for NOT knowing about what they are selling and did not offer to stand by the previously agreed upon cost. So instead, I'm having to pay EIGHTY DOLLARS MORE than what I originally thought in order to get the glasses without my insurance. This was a fact that these
