My husband and I went to what was to be out first appt. First red flag the staff were being rude to each other while I was standing at the window. Do unprofessional!! Then after wait long past appt time they gave me more paper works. This was on top of what was filled out prior to our appts. Then finally they call me in. I'm thinking great. No! another room with more questions regarding pain level . The intake at this office terrible. They use 2 incompetent young guys to ask you these un nessaary no sense questions. Stating it will help the Dr because they are so busy there the Dr just wants to treat. Well Dr Faulk how about talking to your patient from the start. Bottom line I got up from my chair and walked out. After they sent a 2nd Incompetent young guy in. To continue the questions.

Dr. Falk & Linda are awesome - great care - very personalized - these days medicine is so transactional - not with Dr. Falk - he listens and is totally focused on your care and helping you to get better! They had a thank-you event this past weekend - it was so awesome to see so many any patients, who are well and so thankful! What a great time! Thank-you Dr. Falk!

Dr. Rob really knows what he is doing. If you seriously follow his self-care recommendations & keep up your maintenance, you should see results. I know I did and still do. Also, the after hours seminars are beneficial for anyone wanting to further their knowledge in the integrative/holistic/chiropractic area. So thankful the Falk practice was recommended to me for my neck about 3 years ago. Dr. Rob not only helped my neck but just recently helped a shoulder injury as well. No pills & No gimmicks. I have never heard of a doctor refusing medical treatment to someone because of who their personal injury law firm is. Gave them the information when I called, they never said anything then, they never sent paperwork to me, called me at 7:30 pm to confirm my appointment the night before and waited 2 1/2 weeks until I showed up for the appointment that they refused to see me because of the law firm I hired, even after I said we could go through my insurance and would not have to deal with the law firm they refused. I have never heard of a doctor being able to legally do that or been mistreated as badly from a doctors office.

Dr Falk is a top notch chiropractor. He noticed my knee and I told him it had been sprained. He told me it was out of alignment, so he proceeded to realign it. I had a knee surgeon tell me I needed a new knee. Thanks to Dr Falk that won't happen. Dr Rob another very competent chiropractor is also on staff. Either way, you get the best treatment for your health. The staff are also very attentive, courteous and friendly. The Falk team are there to serve you in the best way possible to keep you healthy. You won't go wrong by stopping by to check them out. I'm a regular every two weeks, it keeps me going. Thanks Dr Falk
