I will always be grateful for the care that my mom received while she was living at Yoana’s Fairwood Care home. Yoana and the staff were always very loving, caring and attentive. Mom seemed to enjoy her time during her 3 years there and she loved the caregivers. The home was very comfortable and was always clean. Family always felt so welcomed when we visited at the home. I was impressed at how they were attentive to each resident and their individual needs while at the same time attending well to the other residents. I highly recommend this place to those who need care for their loved ones.

My first meeting with Yoana at her care home was just over 20 years ago, when my grandmother needed care. She lived at Yoana's for nearly a year and received amazing care. Fast forward to April 2024, when we needed a place for my father. Our first call was to Yoana, and gratefully she had an opening! The staff took fabulous care of Dad, and were incredible to work with. They work very well with hospice, too. Sadly, Dad was only at Yoana's for 3 months, but they made his last months so much better! Even almost a year later, I know I am welcome to stop by and say hi...the staff loved him--and us--like family.

Fairwood Care home has been a true blessing for our family. My aging mother, who has faced serious health challenges, has received nothing but outstanding care from the dedicated team here. The staff at Fairwood Care home are not only skilled and professional but deeply compassionate. They treat my mother with the respect, patience, and gentleness she deserves. Her medical needs are carefully managed and we have always been kept well informed about her condition and CARE plan. It’s clear that this is more than just a facility – it’s a warm, nurturing environment where residents are truly valued. Yoana and the staff at Fairwood Care Home took such good care of our mom! She had a private room, home cooked meals and had lots of one on one attention. The family always felt welcome when we visited. They even gave her a special birthday celebration when she had her 101st birthday. They are a compassionate staff who feel more like family!

My mother was in Yoanna's care for 9 years. Loved having a big space and a nice backyard for summer visits. Each person had their own room compared to the last place she was at. Always made sure she ate and was well tooken care of. Even during COVID they would bring my mom to the door so I could say hi to her. She was the longest resident in the home. Never thought of moving her out in the 9 years she was their. Unfortunately my mom passed because of Alzhiemers. Recommend this place to who is seeking a place for their loved ones.
