A Truly empathetic and professional family medicine TEAM. I'm new to the area and was fortunate find Dr. Moore and his team. The office manager Laymona (spelling?) was very knowledgeable and empathetic both on the phone and in person. She walked me through the paperwork and did a very caring intake. As a military servicemember, this was my first primary care physician and I was definitely nervous. Suzette and Sheila at the front desk were warm and welcoming, took care of my insurance and paperwork. They made me feel like I had been a patient for years! And Dr. Moore took his time to talk about all my concerns, then raised routine medical concerns that I need to watch out for given I'm not 20 any more (pun intended)! He ordered a full lab work up and scheduled a follow-up for me as

Absolutely trash of a facility. If you do not have basic human compassion then you should not work in the MEDICAL field, of all the places. The face at the front desk at 11:00am 06/22/2024 needs to be FIRED. Unprofessional and rude is an understatement. I should post the video of the recorded interaction so people can know what they’re walking into when they schedule an appointment here at Fairhaven Family & Med.

Amazing experience here! My friend and I both see Dr. Moore and have nothing but good things to say. Front desk is helpful and kind. Would recommend to anyone.
