A hidden Gem in Randolph. I was treated with kindness can’t imagine still exist now days from the minute I just walked in not know if I would be a new loyal customer. You will not regret checking this place yourself. I’ve been wearing glass since 1997. I owned more than my share of glasses and been to multiple eye doctors and glasses shops. This is the place! Dr Denise Snow Williams and Valerie makes your experience unbelievable amazing.

This is the worst experience I’ve had with them. Came to pick up my glasses from a quick fix and my old lenses were scratched, as if someone pressed down on the them. The manager (Val?) who was doing the fixing adamantly denies scratching them and instead aggressively blamed me for bringing in “already scratched” glasses. She said she will not admit to scratching them because she doesn’t want to pay for the new lenses. Understanding but suspicious. I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years and this is the treatment I get 😳 Why weren’t the glasses checked before the fixing and if they were scratched ( which they weren’t cuz I would have ordered new ones) - why wasn’t this reported to me by the office beforehand? What’s making me more confident that she scratched them is that this is THE SECON

I want to share what my “walk-in” experience was like. I walked in one day tired, frustrated, feed-up and desperate after surfing the internet endlessly trying to find a place who would accept my insurance and me not having to wait months to be seen! The ladies at the desk were obviously busy however, they kindly and patiently stopped to assist me while I waited on the phone for my insurance company to confirm coverage and Eyecare as as an approved site. Before I could end the call the nice reception informed me that, they could accept my insurance and have me in to be seen the next day. Visiting Dr. Andy for a thorough examination was a pleasure. He had no I idea that I was actually seeking this appointment with him as a 2nd opinion. Needless to say he was right on point in terms of the d

My family has come to this office for our eye care and yearly check up. The doctor is very thorough and knowledgeable with the exam. The technology seems up to date. They are on time with the appointment time given to us. No wait time so far. The staff is helpful every time we try to pick out glasses. I highly recommend this office!

I've been getting my checkups & glasses here for over 10 years. I had Dr. Snow for years & now I have Andy. Great guy. Very nice & thorough. I have to mention Ferosa & Trudy in the office, always greeting customers with smiles, pleasant and friendly. Thank you, ladies and Eye Care Etc
