Dr. Williams takes care of my wife and my eye-care and we both have been totally satisfied with the care she provides. I would recommend Dr. Williams without reservation given the total professionalism and genuine interest that she displays for her patients eye-care. In a time when exceptional (even good) customer service is unfortunately hard to find, you can be assured that after an appointment, you'll be a bit smarter about your eye-care, guaranteed!

I dropped off my eyeglass prescription the Tuesday after Memorial Day. Was told it would take about a week for them to come in. Tried calling numerous times today to see if they were in. The phone gets answered but no one says anything. Each time I called, I let them know I could not hear them. The last time I called, I said my name and my phone number. I am not going to find a ride to Randolph just to find out that for some reason they have not come in. If someone from there actually reads these. Please call me. Susan Foster

Great, friendly staff! My appointment scheduling was great, quick and easy. The doctor answered all my questions and was very very informative. The appointment wasn't rushed I feel like he took his time with me. Thanks again!
