Extremely pleasant staff. They were prompt, friendly, seemed competent, and knowledgeable. I felt very well cared for. Very comfortable with everyone that I came in contact with.

My optometrist recommended that I see a specialist for my eyes, and was referred here. The office is clean and well kept. Parking is easy. Staff is nice and helpful. The wait for the doctor was a bit long (about 30 minutes) but the doctors seem to know their stuff, and have a high level of care with great patient empathy. There were many patients in and out, and I had a good experience. I would recommend this place.

From the moment you walk in the door everyone is extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Maslin is very patient and answers every question to your satisfaction. She has a 5 rating and now we can see why. The assistant was also very professional. The receptionist did everything she could to schedule our next appointment at a time and date we needed. No complaints

Wish I could give the front office staff 0 stars. They are soo rude and if you are not Spanish, you are not greeted at all. Very sad that they do not realize, if we were not here, they would not be working.

I was so amazed I could get a next day appointment when I called the Eye Institute of California. This unheard of! My eye exam with the staff and Dr Sullivan was exceptional and quite relieved my problem could be taken care of with medications. Thank you so much Eye Institute of California. After receiving medication to treat my right eye vision problem, my vision has returned to near normal condition. By the time I complete my treatment, I feel confident my vision will return to normal. Thank you Eye Institute of California and Dr Sullivan.
