Idiots. The rude woman at the front desk said the Dr already left for the day FOUR MINUTES AFTER MY SONS APPT TIME. Make it make sense. This place has been nothing but trouble multiple times with scheduling. Do yourself a favor and go to the Lakeland office because this one is just a bunch of lazy receptionists and "doctors".

My husband ordered a pair of glasses a month ago they came In wrong so they reordered them again but never notified him they were in. So we called got put on a 10 minute hold hung up and called again only to be told they have a new notification system. Well they're system doesn't work! While standing waiting heard them apologize to 3 customers for bad service! We won't be back ever! ! Read these reviews before you waste your time & money!!!

I was impressed with the ethic work and kindness of Debby!!!. I was there yesterday May 9,2016 and she was very helpful and kind I believe that she is new in this office because I been going to this office for more than 3 years and this is the first time that I felt comfortable and appreciated. Thank you, Debby and keep the good work.

absolutely AWFUL...had a two week appointment for 12 o'clock on a Saturday. Went in about 10 minutes prior to appt. and was told there were 9 people ahead of me. The wait would have been over 3 hours!!! The doctor didn't even start seeing patients until 10:30, how could they have been behind by 9 people in 2 hours??? What a joke!!!

This place is a scam.. Beware... Bait and Switch!!! Insurance paid $400 and I was to pay $280 extra for frames, light to dark lenses and lastly NO LINE BIFOCALS. They insisted I pay 50% up front... I did. Waited 2 weeks went in the glasses had clearly lined Granny bifocals. Told me I had to pay more for no line bifocals???? I walked out!!!
