Eye Doctor

Been going to see this doctor since I was a young child. It’s sad that I have to go else where. I made an appointment over a month out. Had to reschedule since the doctor had something come up and I have to wait another 2 months? I remember as a kid I could get in the place a week or 2 out.. I hope they get it figured out for future clients.

I recently moved back here after being away for over 25 years, l would have given them a 10 star review if it was just based on the EYE EXAM but the customer service was terrible and no one apologize, l had a set appointment waited for almost an hour no one said anything once l got back there they had me mixed up with another patient again no one apologized. Once l was in the back waited another 30 minutes Came up front ordered glasses it was different as well his name was Patrick Husband went the next day GREAT EXAM BY DOCTOR! again we both had appointments he waited over an hour and dealing with several issues with our insurance not on the insurance side but Patrick, it has been a nightmare the insurance company had to call because we were given the wrong information he has been rude and

The entire office was very pleasant. The front desk person told me and my daughter bye by name. The optometrist found that my daughter had been misdiagnosed for 3 years. She also caught the beginning of a condition that I have. She was easy to understand. Most offices take 4-6 weeks to receive your glasses. The expected wait is 2 weeks. If your child is on medicaid they have the best selection. The selection for myself was vast.

You are treated with respect from the moment you walk in . Love the armoires set that glasses are displayed in.

So disappointed I could cry. After wearing the same pair of glasses for over 10+years, this place was referred to me. I love the receptionist, she's very nice and friendly. The doctor herself wasn't bad. The lady who gave me my glasses once they came in was not friendly. I was given someone else's glasses and immediately returned them. Once I got mine and tried them on I told the lady they were hideous. I looked like Jeffrey Dahmer's half sister. The glasses are HEAVY, don't fit my face at ALL and totally useless. I made 2 calls and left messages about these useless glasses and no one, not one single person called me back. Here it is a year later and I'm still wearing the over 10 yr. glasses that are in such horrible shape it's pitiful and stuck with brand new glasses that need new frames,
