ExpressCare Urgent Care Center - Westminster

They were extremely great this evening! I went in because I was not feeling great. They got me in and out really fast and answered all my questions and concerns I had. I really appreciate how fast they were with giving me the care I needed.

I had a really great experience at Express Urgent Care. The staff was kind, attentive, and made me feel genuinely cared for when I was feeling awful. Everyone took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and treat me with compassion. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would absolutely recommend them!

First, the older woman receptionist is totally rude, I actually had to stand up for myself with her,plus the rest of the staff is not very friendly, which some people might not care about, but when I don't feel well and I'm there for medical care, I need someone that's going to be a little bit warmer with me. But also even putting that aside, I don't like that when you give them your information and whatnot that they don't type anything into a computer as you're speaking, I have to tell them every single time about five times what I'm allergic to and what meds I'm taking because they don't keep records. We called specifically asking if they could refill my wife’s pain medication from the hospital when she had 4 broken vertebrae in her back. They said that they could. We have been out of work for over 2 months and money is extremely tight but we thought if we could get her some relief so she could sleep and continue physical therapy it would be well worth the $50. They didn’t even complete an exam. The provider simply stated they can not provide pain medication and that the front desk should not have told us they could. That was why we called ahead and yet we didn’t receive a refund. We are so upset because we wasted our money that we really don’t have right now but also wasted our time in this germ infested hole. Do Not Waste Your Time!

I received excellent customer service from the front desk staff. Dr. Gaelle Djatche was attentive, listened to my concerns, and addressed them effectively. I scheduled an appointment and was seen relatively close to the scheduled time, which is essential for balancing work and other daily responsibilities.
