ExpressCare Urgent Care Center - Severna Park

Went to this facility on Saturday to rule out an ankle fracture for my 5 year old daughter. The girl at the front desk was very nice, however, she was wearing very tight clothing with her mid drift hanging out. Which I thought was very unprofessional. My biggest complaint about this visit was the rudeness of the medical assistant/radiology technician. She came out into the waiting room to call my daughter‘s name. Didn’t even make eye contact with us, and then just went into the back and closed the door behind her. So then we’re left standing there going ahh.. do we follow her? We opened the door ourselves to get into the back where she was standing at the scale. Didn’t say anything. Didn’t introduce herself. Didn’t say hi. Just told my daughter to get on the scale. I loved that they had a busy board for the kids to play with but the nurse that did our intake and testing was very impatient and was definitely judging us. Made me not want to be there. I was there for my oldest daughter to be seen but had to bring her younger siblings along. If I had the opportunity to leave them at home I would have because bringing the chaos is not ideal but being met with judgment and irritation was not helpful either. The nurse at the intake station was nice and helpful. Dr was nice as well.

Absolute worst experience yet. The front desk staff are so rude here. Tonight in particular the woman left in the middle of the shift with a packed waiting room because she got into a disagreement with the provider. She caused a scene and stormed out. The staff is typically unpleasant, but tonight was a new level. I’ve yet to have a good experience with the front desk staff at this location.

This place is a joke. I came here to get an x-ray done and yes they did the X-ray, handed me a piece of paper and walked out of the room. I had to figure out if I was done or not done, no doctor came in to talk to me nothing!!!! What kind of place does not come in and explain what the x-ray says or tells you a temporary treatment or even if I needed to see an orthopedic no one told me anything!!! I had one nurse who originally did my triage and she was very nice but the x-ray lady took her job away from her and the other one who was very nice was the receptionist when you came in the door they were the only two that were pleasant and no I would not recommend this one to anybody

Receptionist/nurse at the desk was very helpful, very kind, and very cute, with beautiful blue eyes. Who knows, if she's single, maybe she'll text me..... One can only hope. That aside, thank you to the Dr. And nurse in the back who saw me. I really liked how you actually listened to everything that I said. I felt like a patient, not a number. I've been to a few urgent care facilities in my day. And, that trait alone makes a facility worth going to.
