It's completely amazing the in effectiveness of this company. After many years of using them they suddenly can't find my files and don't know how to refill a prescription no matter who I talk to. It's an issue of they have no idea what's going on. Steer very clear of them. Another company that's a serious Money Grab.

Their website says it takes a week to get your meds, apparently this is a lie. My doctor got them my prescription the morning of 5/27. I was just told today that I won't get it until 6/12 at the earliest and there's nothing I can do to get it sooner, even though I'm willing to pay for expedited shipping. Two weeks from order to delivery and being without my meds for a week? Absolutely outrageous

Terrible service! Called to get my prescription straightened out and they wouldn't fix it. Instead they processed to tell me my doctor isn't smart enough to write the prescription right. So they did me a favor and altered my prescription in their own way. When I called them out on it they hung up on me and deleted my account! Stay away!!!!!!

Shocking experience this morning. I called to get updated information on delivery of medication and was told it would be shipped in 8 days. It was ordered by my physician a week ago. I requested an earlier ship date and was informed it was too late to change the ship date and I should go to a pharmacy and get an interim amount of medication. Why am I using Express ?

I'm seeing all of these bad reviews. I've been using Express Scripts for a couple of years now and I've never had any issues. Their Customer Service has always been good for me as well. Prescriptions come on time and I was even notified that my prescription was discontinued with no delay. I still have plenty of meds which means I have time to find a med replacement. Also, home delivery is seriously amazing, especially when you live in the country! Thank you, Express Scripts! I did also want to mention that if you are in desperate need for a medicine, you can have your prescription transferred to a physical pharmacy. You don't have to use the delivery option if I'm not mistaken. Just trying to help those complaining.
