This is by far the worst provider I have ever experienced. I priced my medication on their site according to my plan, placed a request for the RX, had it fulfilled and delivered based on the price that was provided. Simple right? To my surprise I was billed more than double the cost!!! Guess what their explanation was? Sorry about your luck we need to update the pricing on our site! What kind of back alley operation is this is? If you are looking for unclear expectations and theft this is the provider for you.

This is the absolute worst provider I have ever had. I have had nothing but trouble trying to get my prescriptions filled. The pharmacy I used to use is no longer in express scripts network, so I had to switch networks to walgreens. Walgreens never has my medication in stock so I do have to wait for my medication. I needed my insulin.So I wanted to see if the old pharmacy I went to could fill it for me because they did last month and there wasn't a copay. So my old pharmacy goes to fill the prescription and proceeds to tell me that the copay is going to be a $1000. This makes absolutely no sense, because I literally had the same prescription filled at the same place last month and there was a zero dollar copay. How do they really expect people to pay stuff like this for medication? That is

Express Scripts service is horrible. I’ve been two weeks without my diabetes medication. They don’t have a working system for an emergency refill. Do not recommend this place to anyone to use for any ease. I’ve been on the phone with these people for the last week daily. Even speaking with stateside representatives doesn’t help. They can’t get out of their own way to get anything done. I was just told to cross my fingers and hope it shows up in the next day or two.

Every 3 months I have to fight to get my medication. This usually involves 15+ calls to their prior authorization team who says they'll send the documents needed to my doctor but my doctor doesn't receive them. Im out of my meds now and have to quit cold turkey on a mood stabilizer cuz EXPRESS SCRIPTS doesn't think I need them. They have proven to me time and time again they just get to decide some people don't deserve care if their medication costs too much. Someone could die from quitting a mood stabilizer cold turkey and yet here I am on hold AGAIN while they play dumb like they're trying to help when we both know they don't give a crap about patient here. If I was allowed to go to any other pharmacy through my work I would.

It's concerning that initial representatives can't directly address customer needs or cancel an order that will not arrive in time, leading to redundant questioning and wasted time. While the company claims to save patients money on prescriptions, the need for so many employees to handle a single inquiry raises questions about their operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Do not recommend. Find a local pharmacy to do business with, especially for critical prescriptions.
