Express Scripts

Very poor customer service. Just try and talk to a human. Most recently I question their billing. It appears that at times the cost of my medication is automatically charged to may credit card. It appears that at other times I don't get charged. I have had several unexpected charges. I believed that my card was charged when I ordered. This has been the history. I advise you to closely watch your account.

Billing office refuses to help and every worker I've spoken to refused to actually listen to my problems so they sent me over to another service that had nothing to do with me and my needs or medications. The next person refused to listen and help as well and God forbid you explain how this is a frustrating situation and you've been out your meds and the real issue is you need your medication they refuse to help. Jennifer and Bethany/brithany however she said/spelled it were the rudest most disgusting people I have spoken to in healthcare. Do NOT recommend this service.

Absolutely awful. When you call. You get an artificial intelligence computer. Then after several minutes of questions You get the Philippines. Then you have to say your name five times followed by spelling. We have more trouble with insurance verification as well. Someone is trying to get rich using computers and outsourcing jobs. You are fired.

Express Scripts is the worst pharmacy. I have had issues getting my prescription every time through them. I’m a Type 1 Diabetic and will die without insulin but I have to call a representative and beg them to express ship my prescription and then it doesn’t even process for days. Like don’t mind my life hanging in the balance here. And as I’m currently pregnant my child’s life as well. My insurance requires I use them for all medications though.

The worst customer service trying to get our medications figured out. Hung up on us! They don’t care one bit about making sure they get my diabetic medication prescriptions correct. I wouldn’t use them, except we are forced to by our insurance.
