Express Rx at Otter Creek

When they first opened they were great. I called to fill a prescription because I discarded the box with the Rx number. First the person cut me off when I was trying to finish a sentence, then I they were rushing to get me off the phone. Their customer service has gone way down hill. Customer service people need to do better. We are not just a number, we are human beings.

There is nothing “Express” about Express Rx at Otter Creek. I am so tired of having an issue each and every time I go up there but today has just blew the gasket… I’m in pain and have severe fatigue from a sinus infection. The first time I went up there (15 mins after they’ve received my Rx) they said it wasn’t ready yet and they just opened… this was roughly 9:15 and the Rx was faxed over at 9:01 according to the text I received. So cool, 3 hours or so later I get a call saying insurance won’t pay for this particular medication and that it would be $7 for 100 pills. So I said that would be fine. The lady said well it’s all ready. I get up there and the window lady is explaining to me about Rach medication I’ll be receiving and the dos and donts. Still fine. I get my medicine in a bag, pai

Exceptional service and always friendly. They are very efficient at Express RX Otter Creek and bend over backwards to help you get what you need. A1 pharmacy!!

I have never had such a competent service at any other pharmacy and pharmacist. To have Rx Express in the Otter Creek Neighborhood as your next or new pharmacy fill/refill you will NOT see delays of certain medications, bad service, or mistakes at this location in Otter Creek. They all have great sense of humors and make you feel like your not just a customer, you will feel like they are a part of your family. They don't judge you for what you pick up or give any weird looks, they are very professional about these types of things.
