My visit with Express was a good experience. The admitting clerk was personable and nice. The nurse taking me back and triage me was courteous, concerned and knowledgeable as well a great conversationalist. Dr.Boucher was and professional but also very personable. After talking with him and his physical assessment he felt the same as I did. I have had this issue several times over three years. Have in the past was about three months before healed. As I said he talked with me and listened to my thoughts and concerns. He prescribed three medications for a 10 day treatment. I am really pleased with my treatment and the outcome is great and I have very little cough left. The last time I had this I had pneumonia and sick for three months. Thank you Dr. Boucher. My Primary Medical Provider is a VA Dr located in Augusta, Ga. Express Medical Care here in Greenwood, SC allows me to get quality medical services that I need to get taken care of now without the hassle of driving down to Augusta or the weeks to months of waiting time to get an appointment scheduled. I was taken back within just a few minutes of my appointment and only had a a short wait between vitals and seeing Dr. Sutton. Entire staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. Dr. Sutton was thorough in her review of my medications and prescribed best possible treatment accordingly. The prescribed treatment provided almost immediate relief.

Easy to make an appointment. I did not have to wait long to be seen. X-rays taken and the doctor explained the results well. Medicine prescribed helped with the pain in my neck and shoulder. Second visit in 2 years, and staff and doctors are excellent. Best practice to go to if your regular physician not available.
