The trainers and physical therapists at Experience Momentum were nothing short of incredible. I injured my shoulder in June of 2025, and my GP recommended trying physical therapy -- something I'd never done before! The staff at Experience Momentum immediately managed to identify the issue with reproducible tests, explaining what the cause was and why. Over the course of a few months, they put together a successful workout program which has since allowed me to regain near full mobility without any pain and helped push me past where my original weightlifting limits were. I can't recommend this team highly enough!

As a working mom of a toddler, I can’t recommend Experience Momentum enough as an institution that supports your complete physical health. After having my baby I experienced a lot of shoulder pain, and started for physical therapy at EM at the recommendation of a UW Sports Medicine doctor. I worked with two fantastic PTs, Kelsey and Emma, as well as other great staff, who approached every session with awesome enthusiasm, kindness, and a great intuition for how I was feeling. My shoulder pain cleared up after working with them for 6 mo, and to help continue to build strength, Kelsey recommended me to their fitness department.
