Exer Urgent Care - Westlake Village

I had such an exceptional experience at Exer Urgent Care, and I specifically want to recognize Julia at the front desk. She was incredible — so patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to run my insurance, clarify a question about my coverage, and walk me through my options in a way that made everything feel clear and manageable. I never once felt rushed or dismissed. Instead, she coached me through the process and made sure I fully understood what was going on. I’ve honestly never experienced this level of customer service and genuine care at a doctor’s office, let alone at an urgent care. It made a stressful situation feel so much easier. I went to EXER because I was experiencing symptoms of a UTI. I gave a urine sample and saw a Nurse Practitioner who told me she would be sending the sample for PCR testing and that I would have the results the next day. The following day I waited for a call. When no one called, I called the EXER clinic I had been to and was told that the provider was reviewing all the tests from the previous day and would call me later. Late in the afternoon I had still not received a call so I called the clinic again, I was put on hold and then someone came on the line to tell me they were sorry but my test had been lost!! Surely they would have known this the first time I called. Very, very poor service.

I’ve been to Exer Urgent Care a handful of times now and each visit has been consistently great. The clinic is clean, the staff is friendly, and the whole process is surprisingly fast and easy. I really appreciate that they take insurance and that the online check-in makes everything so much more efficient—I’m usually in and out without much waiting at all. The providers I’ve seen have been knowledgeable and thorough, and I’ve always felt well taken care of. Highly recommend.

They always see me quickly and take good care of me. My main doctor rarely has time for me, so I end up coming to Exer and luckily, they listen and help me get better fast. Everyone is very nice here, from the front desk to the doctors, to the x-ray techs. 🙏🏼

The people here are extremely rude and disorganized. I was greeted with a scowl from the woman at the front desk while she reviewed the paperwork I brought for my physical. She charged my card immediately, and then only after I waited for 45 minutes did she tell me that they don’t perform all the required tests on site. Avoid this place at all costs. They are rude and not worth your time or money.
