Exceptional Community Hospital - Prescott

Everyone that works at Exceptional Community Hospital is extremely friendly , caring, and polite. The check in process was smooth and I was seen within ten minutes. What a huge difference from going to another ER! The check in nurse was wonderful, he took my information and assisted me to a room. The doctor, nurse and radiology technician were all great and made me feel well taken care of. Thank you so much! I am recommending you to everyone!

I had to go to the ER this month and I was so impressed with the entire experience. From the time I entered the building I was greeted warmly. They took me back very quickly, treated me professionally and with so much kindness. I will never go to Dignity Health. They need to take notes from this hospital and make the appropriate changes. They will care about you at this hospital. I highly recommend!

Absolutely AMAZING service! We first visited another Urgent Care and was informed it would be at least a 2 hour wait, despite the evident bleeding. When we arrived at Exceptional Community Hospital, we could barely complete the paperwork before we were already taken from the lobby and into the initial intake room. Within minutes we were brought our room for stitches and Dr. Ball was already walking in while we were still getting situated. We were in and out with fantastic care. We would still be waiting at least another hour before even being seen at the other Urgent Care. If needed, we will definitely be back to this location. Thank you all for your compassion, urgency, and thorough assistance! If I could give more stars, I would!

Every time I’ve come here I’ve been extremely pleased. The staff here is excellent. Jake the nurse who’s helped me both times is awesome. The Dr who saw me is awesome. How it’s not a 5 star across the board makes no sense. If you want a clean hospital with attentive staff and to be seen almost immediately this is definitely the place. UPDATE: There was a small prescription mixup and when I called in Stephen acted so fast and took care of everything for me almost immediately. Super grateful.

My recent visit to the emergency room was truly “Exceptional “. They were all so very attentive, polite, and caring. I was treated like a member of their family, and not some stranger put upon them. They had numerous tests done and I was quite surprised at all the available technology that they had at their location. The nurses, the helpers, and the doctor were always available in a moment’s notice. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
