Front desk was polite and professional. I appreciated that b/c I had just left another facility with a very rude front desk person. I was seen quickly. RN was awesome. I never had a flu/COVID test NOT hurt. The physician was also professional with a good bedside manner. Thank you.

I was seen in a timely manner, and the provider took the time to clearly explain my diagnosis and treatment plan. I felt heard and well cared for. Great, friendly place. I have hard-to-find veins, and after the first nurse had trouble locating one, the experienced nurse stepped in and found it right away — completely painless. The process was fast and easy, and the staff was welcoming and efficient. I’d definitely come here again.

I made an appointment and was seen right away after a welcoming greeting and very smooth check in. No wait at all. Practitioner was attentive and compassionate and answered all my questions in a very patient, reassuring, and professional manner. There were no complications with my insurance card, everything was smooth and efficient and I was taken care of right away. Highly recommend.

I was pleased to be seen promptly at the doctor's office. The clinical assistant provided attentive and courteous care. However, I found that the receptionist and the doctor on that occasion did not provide the same level of warmth and attentiveness that one would hope for when seeking medical care.
