Evolve Myofascial Release

I had heard about MFR and decided to give it a try when I had shoulder pain that wouldn’t go away. Cheryl was wonderful to work with and very communicative. She is intuitive and brings a wealth of knowledge to since she is also a physical therapist. I could feel my shoulder release during the treatment. Highly recommend!
