Long wait. Underwhelming care. Understaffed. PA did not seem interested or curious about my symptoms. I asked direct questions and PA would answer with unrelated options. It was a strange experience. All staff say “Hope you feel better,” but you can tell that it is forced and disingenuous. I’ll be looking for an alternative place if I never need care on the weekend when my PCP is unavailable. Wasted time and money to spend at this clinic.

I visited this urgent care & was referred to the emergency unit. I did not receive any treatment, prescription, or care from the urgent care. When I arrived at the emergency facility, I was discharged without any procedure or bill but was simply told to take pain relievers, that it was a false alarm & there was no need to be referred there. I came home to a copay of $438.6. What exactly is this ridiculous charge for? What am I being billed for? Isn’t this exploitation? What a dubious clinic!

Got in a room after about 15 minutes. Sat there for over an hour. No one checked in or said a word. So, plan on a long wait and zero communication. The least they could do is check in on patients after they sit in a room for over an hour.

14yo had an accident with an X-acto knife. The staff at Woodinville urgent care was efficient, kind, explained everything before they did it, kept the patient and her mother distracted from anything scary or painful, and just did a great job overall

I don't know what's happened but seems like they may have changed for the better. Maybe it's just the day I went in on but the staff was great, Professional, friendly, and they were quick to see me despite previous visits taking much longer. The doctor/medical professional seeing me seemed to care a lot more. I came in for a work injury and was half expecting to get a foam pad for a brace but the brace I got was very high quality. Hopefully this continues because it's a complete 180° turn From my previous visits. Definitely what I was looking for in getting quick friendly service for my injury rather than killing half a day in the waiting room.
